Quality
FEMI-CZ pursues the improvement of the production and management quality with a cultural and practical attention felt at all the organization levels. In 1996 this engagement brought to the achievement of the Quality Management System certification according to the ISO 9002 norm and now certified according to the ISO 9001:2008 norm.
The organization engagement, turned to the continuous improvement, reconfirms the product certification from the IMQ body, according to the international standard IEC 61537, for all the series of FEMI-CZ products; this result is a a primacy in the national territory.
Environment
FEMI-CZ Environmental Management System according to the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 norm:
The target of the EMS adoption by FEMI-CZ is: "to identify the main environmental aspects of the company, to keep them constantly monitored, making the personnel responsible and training the staff so that everybody has an environmental awareness in the realization of all the activities which can have an environmental impact".
The EMS implementation has been preceded by the “Initial Environmental Analysis” realized with the aim to identify and evaluate the factors of environmental impact, real and potential, connected to the activities of the company and to verify their corresponding legislative conformity. Through the initial environmental analysis the following aspects have been defined:
-analysis of the environmental impact factors with a particular reference to the
environmental components: air, water, energy, waste, noise, vibrations, contamination of
ground and water-bearing stratums, use of natural resources, visual impact on ecosystem and environment, transports;
-verification of the environmental impact factors based on the following criteria of
significance: legislative conformity, evaluation of the environment impact risk, company policy, social parts concerned.
We periodically define and check the new improvement targets for the environment preservation, essential factor to improve the quality level of life both inside the company and in the close community.
Safety
Starting from the first issue of the D.Lgs.626/94, FEMI-CZ has complied with the law regulations and we have committed ourselves at our best to respect the norms in the work environments, in the terms fixed by the most recent regulation of the D.Lgs. 81/08 and D.Lgs. 106/09. In fact the company continuously invests in the updating of its fleet of machines in order to match the technologic innovation but also with the aim to realize the possible improvements as to safety and accident prevention of the new machineries, as well as in a continuous training of its staff.
The company cultivates the safety culture developing an organization model which entails the capability to transform the activity from a cost to an investment, bringing out the improving aspects that lead to the improvement of the production process.
