The ladder tray for the naval market has been specially designed and carried out with a 45 mm side profile with safety return flange; the rungs are welded by means of a robotic process.
The version with “Z” rung salso means that the electrical cable is not damaged during installation and there is no need to protect the edge of the ladder with the sheath. It has a high load capacity with the possibility of double cable way installation (upper and lower level).
The electro-welded mesh tray is made in standard size with regular mesh (50x100mm) and with large mesh (75x120mm).
The "large mesh" version facilitates the passage of electrical cables and especially the wiring from below.
The installation of the mesh tray is practical and quick, allows maximum ventilation of the cables and facilitates their inspection.
Through the use of a shear it is possible, with quick and simple cutting and bending interventions, to modify the straight section and create derivations of all kinds: the system therefore lends itself to easy adaptations on site.
"UNAV" cable trays are perforated sheet steel cable trays with side profile of 15mm or 18mm, they can be applied in very confined spaces and are to complete the system for secondary branches.
